Health and Fitness Goals for April

I need to stop setting these goals at the start of the month and then forgetting them entirely until the end.
That should tell about how well this check-in is going to go *lol*
Last month's goals:
* Look up stretches and treatments for my heel problems and then actually do what's required.
* Track carbs, with an eye to reduction, but just get a baseline to start.
* Meditate at least 5 minutes a day.
Actually, I didn't do too bad.
I looked up the stretches and started doing some of them toward the end of the month. I'm not consistent at it yet, but it's more than nothing.
I tracked carbs for a while, until I finally admitted my answer was "a lot" and that I need a replacement plan if I'm going to cut them out again. Still thinking about that one, since I tend to stumble over the whole "cook for yourself" part that's required.
Meditation was touch and go, but I think I made it about half the month, so not terrible.
This month is oddly busy, so I have goals in other areas that are going to take most of my time and energy. That means I want to keep these ones simple.
So, a bit more of the same, really:
* Meditate at least 5 minutes a day.
* Do heel stretches.
* Try and solve my workout dilemma.
The dilemma being what to do and when while I'm taking a break from running and walking.
I think that's enough for now.
