Well, I carefully tried to do some jumping exercises to help improve my running. This turned out to be a serious mistake. After 3 jumps I pulled my right hamstring. Ugh...I've been nursing it along for 3 weeks now, waiting for the tightness to let up. I've never had an injury like this before so it's really annoying and boring. I'm spending my days with my leg elevated, icing it, etc. and it is getting better - verrrrrrry sloooooooooowly. I can't wait to start running again and then no more jumping for me! I'm done with that idea.
