How long can I keep it going?

This is day 5 of my newest attempt to fix myself. I've been perfect since Sunday night, including food choices, calorie counting and amount of exercise. Even when that 'voice' inside my head told me to take a day off, I deserve the rest... Or that 320 more calories isn't a big deal, I won those arguments... For now. But I'm wondering how I can keep my streak alive. Realistically, I'll need to cut back on the time I spent each day exercising. It will have to better fit my schedule. I think I can keep the diet going ok, I still feel motivated to lose my first 10%, which is supposed to make a significant improvement in my health. But how will i 'learn to love' exercise and working out? We'll see.

    80% diet and 20% exercise. Therr is certainly wiggle room on the exercising. The food is not so forgiving. Keep plucking away and you will hit that 10%.

    I think most of us have been or are where you are..."how long will this streak last?" I think the key to SUCCESS is not saying, "oh I screwed up" but allowing yourself to be human. We all make bad choices and we need to forgive ourselves and move on.
