How long can I keep it going?

This is day 5 of my newest attempt to fix myself. I've been perfect since Sunday night, including food choices, calorie counting and amount of exercise.
Even when that 'voice' inside my head told me to take a day off, I deserve the rest... Or that 320 more calories isn't a big deal, I won those arguments... For now. But I'm wondering how I can keep my streak alive.
Realistically, I'll need to cut back on the time I spent each day exercising. It will have to better fit my schedule.
I think I can keep the diet going ok, I still feel motivated to lose my first 10%, which is supposed to make a significant improvement in my health.
But how will i 'learn to love' exercise and working out? We'll see.
