SparkCoach - Day 11

Well, the daily visualisation doesn't apply to me, since I don't have children, and never will have. The video for today is about making a vision collage - I should definitely do that and hang it in my office. I've ordered a corkboard so that I can just pin things up as and when I find them.
I lost 1.2 lb this week, which I'm really quite happy about. I'm eating healthily, -really- healthily, and I'm not even craving the food I was eating before, except for the sake of convenience. I've got a few 'go to' things I can make for when I'm just completely strapped for time, but for the most part I'm eating fresh fruit and salad daily, steamed veg, chicken ... hardly anything processed at all. My activity is slowly ramping up, thanks to my little spreadsheet I made (which I'm now into week 5 of). All good stuff at the moment.
