Improvement - 1 extra day

Update on my walking program:
- The first week, I'm not sure how many days I walked because I wasn't tracking yet
- The second week, I walked 5 days out of 7 for approximately 20 - 30 minutes each
- The third week (this past week), I walked 6 days out of 7 for approximately 20 minutes each

Normally I would beat myself up for not getting in a perfect 7 days, but when I looked back at my tracking history, I saw that I've made progress over last week--so I am taking that as a success instead of a failure!

I'm laying on my heating pad as I type this as my back is flaring up. My plan is to medicate and mend and to get back out there walking as soon as possible.
