My scales are liars... but they're consistent, at least.

I don't trust my scale. It's nothing personal, I don't trust ANY scale. None of the 3 or 4 scales that I step on to track my progress (Doctor, health club, surgeon, my bathroom)... every agree.
And I'm always wearing a different amount of clothes (or none at all), making it impossible to know exactly how much weight I've shed.
But I have to admit, when ALL of the scales show me lower numbers, even if they don't match, they're all still going down! So I have to face it- I'm losing weight. By the various results so far, I'd say I've lost between 16-22 pounds, depending on the scale, clothing and time of day.
So while I can't trust my scales to agree with one another, they're all being consistent, and going down. So no matter how much I've ACTUALLY lost, I'm just glad the gang (of scales) are indicating that something is going right.
