Mothers Day: Manageable

A very nice Mother’s Day at the in-laws. Had to eat like a “normal person” with everyone else today, but I did great… I had my protein shake for breakfast; saved room for dinner with fam... I had: Kale salad (without dressing) Ma made me boiled potatoes instead of roasted potatoes coated in oil and butter; and I only ate about 4 ounces of the very lean beef roast. Oh! I also skipped the Marie Callender razzleberry pie and ice cream! I feel virtuous. I would have eaten more but I was full! I also worked outdoors and broke a sweat all day... could go to the club, alas. Tomorrow I’ll be back at LA Fitness. Total calories: 665
