Exercise is the key

I'm always struggling to get my glucose down to where it should be. I know what to do but can never seem to get it all together at the same time. Lol! I got a fitbit for Christmas a couple years ago and I still love it. So I'm trying to focus on being consistent with exercise. "Just do 10 minutes per day" is very motivating and I always do more. Walking is my favorite physical activity and I like that the fitbit counts the steps and syncs up with my Spark People tracker. I live right across the street from a beautiful park so even when I have no one to walk with, I don't mind walking some laps around the park. I think even in winter I'll be able to do that but need to figure out how to on rainy days. Feeling hopeful and encouraged today!
