Keeping on track

I have been joining in the 5% challenge to help remind me to eat healthy and move. On vacation it is so easy to throw caution to the wind and eat everything. Vacation calories don’t count, right? By logging in most days I made better choices and didn’t gain a lot. The challenge helped me to get right back into program so the extra pounds don’t linger.
