Losing inches

Although my weight is not moving down, and I am at the top of maintenance, all the exercise has helped me to lose and inch on my waist. During the past year my waist measurement has been creeping up and I kept hoping that watching what I ate would help. It does a little but doing aerobic exercise 3 or 4 days a week and strength training 2 days a week has made a real difference. Even my DH says I look better in my swimsuit.

Doing the 5% Challenge helps me to schedule more exercise minutes each day and recording it along with the other team members is encouraging.
