Health and Fitness Goals for June

It's a new month, which means checking in on my goals from last month. I have to admit, I'm not optimistic *lol*

* Hit at least 20 activity minutes a day, preferably 30 (as registered on my FitBit)
* Keep up with the "Find 10" Challenge
* Reign in my sleep schedule again

Out of the three, I did the first one. I went back to the Fitness Centre two days a week (except the last week, where I bailed for frivolous reasons), which helped my average. I managed more than twenty most days, though I was typically under at least one day over the weekend. I should start working in an afternoon walk on those says.

I started out okay with the Find 10, but then hit a stretch where I just didn't want to do the task for the day, or couldn't because of scheduling issues, and that was kind of it.

I started making progress on my sleep schedule and then completely lost it again.

So, really, my goals for June are pretty much a "Take Two."

* Reign in my sleep schedule again
* Do a 10 - 15 minutes workout every day (bonus points if I can make it a morning habit)

Hopefully this month's results will be better!
