Diet-No diet. I used to have that attitude about my diet until I realized I had to make a lifetime commitment to my body. Every Monday was like New Year's Day, starting a diet, lasting until I got so hungry that I ate the easiest thing - usually chips and chocolate. Now I have come to look at feeding my body with nutritious food instead of trying to starve it into a shape it will never be. I still have a lot to learn about nutrition.
Now I have to apply what I've learned about food to my fitness goals. If I don't get every exercise on my plan done I berate myself and I know that is unwise.
