Struggling to Stay on Track but Very Determined

So far I have let stress and simply very poor choices determine my direction when it comes to nutrition and activity. I have to keep steering myself back onto the path I want to be on because I keep taking detours.

I refuse to give up. I will not go back to weighing almost 300 pounds. I will not have barley enough energy to hug my 5-YO grandson let alone play with him.

I want to inspire clients and staff at work who don't believe they can every be at a health weight by never giving up. This is a life-time battle that I am determine to win!

What is "winning" in this case? It's not reaching my goal weight, completing a triathalon, or achieving a set of numbers on the various blood tests my doctor orders. It's never giving up! It's striving to do my best each and every day! It's acknowledging the detours and misdirections, forgiving myself, and getting back on track!

I can do this! I will do this!
