I did it again! I overdid it and now find myself in pain. I missed a couple days of my stretching and weight lifting exercises. So when I started up again, I overdid it to make up for the days I've missed and now I am suffering. My new goal is to learn to read my body.
1. When I stop exercising for a period of time, I will ease back in.
2. When I start a new exercise, I will ease into it.
3. When I add an exercise, I will be easy on myself.
Easy does it.
