1) picked and then chopped rhubarb. threw it in the small slow cooker, for rhubarb sauce. only added a little sugar
2) made 3 ingredient protein pancakes. i have not had pancakdes in probably a year. i like them they are just normally carby and low in protein.
3- bean balls - meatballs but made with kidney beans
4- cauliflower bread
5- nice cream - bananas clended, w a little milk, cocoa powder and strawberries'
then i cooked my frozen tortillini noodles and mixed them with some peas and alfredo sauce and added the bean balls for some lunches for the week.
