Yes, I did it.
I got up at 5AM and jumped out of the bed. That feeling...wonderful! Since I didn't eat too much later day, my stomach was empty and felt fine getting up. My wt is down to 148.6 pounds and did my morning workout as I planned last night. I didn't run long distance as I intended to but my other workout was longer than I planned so, overall it was great.
Got my lunch/Post workout meal and it was very nutrient. No junk food as I've been eating...
Well, so far so good and fingers crossed to stick to the plan rest of the day and be proud again tomorrow morning.
