"Day #27 of my Challenge"

Another day in reality and doing very well for myself and I am Happy for where I am at,
and it will be a very long road ahead but so far so good and it is a never ending story,
to tell but I know what the story is and I am here to make sure that my story gets me to,
where I am suppose to be and that is going to happen for me and so far so good and,
right about now I am feeling Happy because I am Happy for how far I have come.

(breakfast)
1-scrambled egg, 1/2 of a English muffin, small orange juice.



(lunch)
tomato and cucumber slices, peaches light with cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, bottle water.




(dinner)
1/2 chicken enchilada, green beans steamed, apple sauce/cinnamon, milk-low-fat



(snack)
Atkins-strawberry protein shake



"I did my morning walk this morning early with my Hubby and my walker"


"I dranked my limit of my water"


"I just love doing my exercises and did that this morning before our walk"


"Feeling so much energy these days"


"I am so Happy over my numbers with my blood pressure & blood sugars"


"I can remember when I first started Sparks that my numbers were so high and I couldn't,
believe those high numbers at that time it was like for and example 190/80 and that was,
in the year of 2/2014...and yes was very much High and couldn't believe those numbers,
and compared to my numbers Now is a big difference. (Woohoo)
