strength training

i fell out of my strength routines over the past few months. last night i started up with more intensity. bring on the DOMS. oh well. in 1 way it still feels good to work the muscles that hard

    Good for you doing strength training. I started body pump in Feb. 2x/week and TRX 1/week and noticed a definite improvement in overall strength and especially my core.

    Starting slowly would suit me, but to each their own way!! I hope you can take a day off before you get too sore!
