Fighting the Fatigue

Day #3 of no soda.

I'm not used to having so little energy, so little oomph. Today was an off day. I didn't get up and do the stretches and exercise like I have been. So for the bulk of my day, I felt soooo tired. All because I missed the morning exercise.

I did get to walk around Walmart for about half an hour or so...so that's something. Got home, took my dog on a walk, did 30 min on my bike, and some stretching. Now I'm feeling a bit more energized.

In a sense I think the fatigue is a good thing...in the evenings lol.

See my mom died in '04. I stopped sleeping around that time. I've had to have some heavy sedatives just to sleep since then. I've never felt tired...until my meds would kick in. But now...I'm tired! How cool is that?

Exercise....that morning exercise really sets my day up, my energy levels up, and my motivation up. Even if I feel like I can barely get dressed...once I have it, I'm good.
