July is almost here

I haven't done a blog in awhile. I guess I'm just busy chasing my soon to be 19 month old and working. Doesn't leave time for much else. I would like to lose 20 pounds by the end of the year. I have a gym membership now I just need to squeeze in extra time to go. I enjoy walking around my neighborhood to burn off a few calories while I listen to my headphones. I want to add muscle as well as lose weight. I want to set a positive example to my son. Even 30 minutes a day is better than nothing. I have to find a way.
