Boy this whole balancing of the food seems nearly impossible! I'm looking at everything I'm eating and it's like nothing is working out.

Either too many carbs, not enough protein, not enough fiber, too many calories, etc. Why am I having such a hard time? I know...this is all new to me. I can't eat a lot of stuff raw because I don't have teeth and dentures are not an option right now.

Just tell me what to eat!

I'm doing really good with the water...at least I'm doing that right lol.

The exercising is meh. I do plenty, but not sure how to chart it. Cleaning, shopping, physical therapy stretches, taking care of my furbabies (dogs & cats), yardwork, etc. Plus I like to do remodeling when I have a little extra money. I don't sit too long, which is a plus. 15 min max and I get up and do something. So I'm more active than what I'm tracking.

I dunno. I just need to figure out how to do this.

Start slow, one thing at a time. I'm a type 2 diabetic so I started tracking and paying close attention to my carbs. I got them in line, then started looking at total daily calories, and so on. I've been at it 6 months. Lost 40# & I'm exercising now.
