Health and Fitness Goals for July

Monthly check-in. I'm starting to think I should do a mid-month review of these goals, so I can remember what I'm supposed to be doing :P

Anyway, my goals for last month were:
* Reign in my sleep schedule again
* Do a 10 - 15 minutes workout every day (bonus points if I can make it a morning habit)

I did okay on the sleep schedule, getting a few days back in line, but nothing consistent. That's pretty much how the workouts went as well. No bonus points, though.

That means I'm pretty much going to be carrying them forward again. For July, my goals are:
* Reign in my sleep schedule (wake at 6pm, go to bed by 9:30pm)
* Add 10 minutes of non-walking fitness per day

Not much, I know, but that might be difficult enough as it is :)
