Did Pilates fix, 5 minutes jumping rope (was really bad - 3 jumps in a row at most), and wogged the treadmill for 25 minutes. Still have a really bad migraine and I have not been sleeping. I feel like I am in a fog right now and doing any exercise at all takes maximum effort. So I am just going to take it easy and do what I can. Hope everyone is having an awesome day!!!
I love reading your blog. I did get my jump rope but have not been successful at all. 1 jump is the highest i've gotten. Hope you are felling better and you can kick that migraine to the curb. 6 days ago
