My personal goals for the Challenge are:

Nutrition -
emoticon 1. No Snacking emoticon
emoticon 2.Track EVERYTHING! emoticon but the result didn't look too good!
emoticon 3. Stick to "MyPlate" model for meals emoticon

Fitness -
emoticon 1. At least 500 exercise minutes per week -- 75 today (440 for the week)
emoticon 2. At least 90 minutes of ST in week 1, increasing every week -- 10 (70 for week)
emoticon 3. At least 30 minutes of walking every day. emoticon emoticon

Community/Accountability -
emoticon 1. Visit the STARS team page every day emoticon
emoticon 2, Read / respond to teammate blogs emoticon
emoticon 3. Progress report blogs (4+ per week) This is 3 of 4
