So, I felt like I’ve done an ok job of tracking my meals, but the one thing that I keep having trouble with is motivation to exercise. I work in a hospital and instead of taking the elevators, I have been walking the stairs. But that is about the only exercise I get. I really need to figure out a way to incorporate exercise into my routine! I know I got this and I appreciate the support that I have recieved! I’m on my way!
