My first blog: On a walk right now!

Well this blog is on the go! My goal for the week (starting today to next Thursday) is to go on a walk everyday! I have it routed out (I did this yesterday) and my stopwatch started 12 minutes into the walk!)
I am going to post a blog while on my walk every day this week. Next Thursday I’m going to start an interval program so I can get back into running. My route is 1.45 miles so it’s not too bad. I am hoping I can slowly work my way back into fitness! Wish me luck guys!
When I’m done I’ll post my weight (it will be a little off since it’s not my “first weight” of the day) and a picture of my torso, since old like to keep progress pictures!
My headphones are dead so I almost turned around... but I thought that would be an excuse to procrastinate more so I kept walking. This walk shouldn’t take that long I can stand a half hour of enjoying the city in silence!
