Tough stretch after injuries plus emotional stress

I am struggling...I fell in May and haven't been for a run ever since, damaged a hamstring and exacerbated a long-standing knee injury, also dealing with osteoarthritis in my right great toe. On top of my physical injuries from a fall, my back has been spasming for 2 days now. I am dealing with emotional stress, as well, from school and family issues.
Can I have a few tips on how to get through and over this hump? I realize that life has a tendency to throw us some curveballs.
