I decided it was time for a change. Fresh new outlook as I feel like I'm entering a new season in life. Learning to accept some things and learning to release ideas/thoughts/patterns that no longer serve a purpose in my life. A fresh start...
Today was a good day. My stomach isn't feeling the best, but I believe that's to be expected tapering down off prednisone. Plus I've gone a bit happy on this new granola. It's totally yummy, but I think eating it daily probably wasn't the best idea. It's healthy (no sugar, added pre & probiotics). And I think that's what got me.
Too good for my sensitive digestive track. Other than that...
