Staying on Course!

So today I complete Day 6 of my "Six weeks to Sixty!" program. I have already worked out a total of four hours, walking (over 4.0 miles per hour) for over 180 minutes and 60 minutes of Zumba!
I am a bit sore but I will soak in Epsom Salts tonight. I should mention that when I walk I am usually rolling a heavy cart along for at least part of the trip; so that helps too.
I have kept calories below an average of 1,350 per day.
I am feeling very focused right now. Today was a great day (tomorrow too)! I'll be out again soon.
