10 Week Health Plan

I need to attend a family reunion in about 10 to 11 weeks. The date has not been set but that is the approximate time and I can’t wait until it is set to start so I am calling it 10 weeks.

I am going to try to establish a routine health plan (since my last one went up in a blaze of stress eating) and lose 10 to 15 pounds.

I am going to log my food and exercise at least once per day. I will start my weigh ins on Sunday morning and pray I have not gained a bunch since my last weigh in.

I am going to do the anti-inflammation diet as it makes me feel better and this is all about feeling better too.


Sunday update: SW 284.5 (this is up a half pound from where I was but it could have been much much worse)
