Funny thing-- the more consistent my workouts, the more I find that I want to work out. My body likes the movement, the surprises, the limber feeling.

No, I don't always wake up wanting to work out (I've never really been a morning person) but a morning workout doesn't leave me time to talk myself out of it. Plus, I'm finding that when I commit to a morning workout, somehow I manage to sneak in extra short workouts throughout the day with that extra energy. I've missed this feeling.

Besides the travel disruptions (I travel somewhat frequently for work), I've been trying to loosely keep track of when my motivation waxes and wanes. In general, it seems to correlate with my menstrual cycle; those last 7-8 days before my period arrives are the lowest motivational point each month and my body often feels more sluggish, with recovery being a bit tougher. Good to keep in mind as I am planning.

As you've been tracking, has anything surprised you? Have you confirmed your thoughts about what works for you and what doesn't? I'd love to hear more!

A lot can be gleaned from tracking not only what we eat but how we feel. Enjoy the newfound energy and keep up the good work.

Yes, Tracking all Food that goes into my Body ( even if it's the wrong choice or more than a portion). Also Getting that Minimum Daily Water, helps a Great Deal. I use at least 4 - 6, 17 oz. Water Bottles Daily. Great Job Planning your exercises!!
