My downfall these past few weeks has been not doing my meal planning. I started another job and I am using that as an excuse I suppose. I don't have as much free time so it is really causing me to struggle with my food choices. So I need to get back on it and be more mindful of what I am putting in my mouth. So much to do so little time.
