Health and Fitness Goals for August

Right. These goals haven't been going well for me lately. Last month I wanted to do the following:
* Reign in my sleep schedule (wake at 6pm, go to bed by 9:30pm)
* Add 10 minutes of non-walking fitness per day

I made some ground on the sleep schedule and then blew it at the end of the month, so I'm 0 for 2 in July.

On the plus side, it means I can pretty much carry these over and not have to spend a lot of time coming up with new goals.

* Add at least one non-walking fitness per week, for which I can send myself a SparkGoodie

I'm trying to work in some rewards, to see if that helps me with my goals. I want to use things I wouldn't just do anyway, which is my biggest problem with rewards, so SparkGoodies it is!

The sleep one I can't really think of a reward other than, like, more sleep, so I'll leave it for now. Here's to August having better results!

    Rewards. Is there anything you can think of that would make the going to bed more pleasant? A lotion to put on? A soft sleep mask? A cup of herbal tea or even a small cordial?
