healing well

ii had a follow up with the oral surgeon today. I'm healing well, no infections. i am not getting fast shrinkage so i have a "raised" area in my gum so the bottoms still do not fit right, i have to go back to the dentist to see if they can fix it. i doubt i can get in this week so i will have to check next week. i look for ward to chewing again. my mini-blender and mini-food processor are used everyday so i can get solid foods into small chunks so i can eat more without chewing. very fine veggies are nice to add to different things. i dont like mayo, so i use ranch dressing or smashed avacado with my tuna, shredded chicken, or hard boiled eggs.

    Glad you are on the mend.Hope the dentist can help out with the fit. My son told us about using a smashed avocado to make salmon salad and then I tried it with tuna. 2 thumbs up for me, I am not a mayo fan either.
    We use the Vitamix to add leftover chicken or veggies to pulse in our soups. Makes them feel more like a meal.
