Weekly Goals

I shared these goals on a friend's blog. Now they are here so I can track if I meet them or not.

What are your goals this week? Mine -
stay in cal range 5 of 7 days,
exercise 10 min a day all 7 days,
log in all 7 days, lose 1 pound.

While I "should" make a big production about finally blogging again after so long, Im not emoticon Im going to do what needs to be done to meet these goals (and about a thousand others!!) So... I logged me food for today (a yummy taco salad made from leftovers - stayed in finance & calorie budget) and Im going to start some decluttering (getting my house & body dejunked and back in shape this year). Maybe one day I'll have time & motivation to blog about where Ive been, but not today!
