Day 743: Fall BLC Black Panther Challenge

I'm excited for the Fall Biggest Loser Challenge to start already and it's only the last day of the Summer Challenge. There have been so many changes in my life, both physically and mentally and I feel like I'm a different person walking into this season's challenge. I'm not sure if I'm better or worse, but I know I'm different.
I really struggle to do very basic things, so my action steps seem very elementary, but I'm finally okay with that. Sometimes it's my depression that holds me back, sometimes it's the ridiculously painful SI joint pain that refuses to ease up, and sometimes it's just me battling my own oppositional and rebellious nature. Now is the time I learn to work WITH those things rather than constantly fighting against them. I think I'm actually ready to stop being so angry about them and move on. Here's what I came up with for goals:
1. Eat 1 fruit with breakfast, 1 veggie with lunch, and 1 veggie with dinner.
2. Make bi-monthly meal plans and shop accordingly to ensure freggies are on hand.
3. Start with 10 minutes of cardio daily each week and add 5 minutes each week until I've reached 150 minutes weekly. Mark in planner to keep track.
4. Drink only water at home.
I figure these will help me build a foundation on which I can work. I did awesome with my water intake for quite a long, so I can't say it's not a possibility for me anymore. I know I can do this and I can't wait to be challenged by the Black Panthers again.
