I DID IT!~Reached my 5% Goal weight for Summer 2018 Challenge~10 lbs.!!

I reached my GOAL in 7 wks., 1 Day on the Summer 5% Challenge~ TEN POUNDS GONE!!
I emoticon and I kept at it ~CONSISTENCY ~EVERY DAY ~even with a weekly day of rest ~I TRACK everything~Food and whatever MOVEMENT that I did ~washing dishes,shopping at the grocery store {remember, you are ON your feet!},etc. IT ALL COUNTS!{ I have Shared Trackers online to view WHAT I am talking about}.
I DID eat at the Fast Food Restaurants{Rick's BBQ or Wendy's or Subway during the whole challenge ,but made the FOODS COUNT ~salads,meat, and always 1 Honest Green tea @ Wendy's {LARGE SIZE} a week or water ~always 8 every day! Mile runs with a cool down IN ADDITION to household chores HELPED me see results rather quickly {EVERY WEEK!} and I injured myself on my left side lifting garden steps {16 lbs. a piece~ TWENTY of them in one day}right in the middle of the challenge ,so I couldn't cross train with ST ~Strength Training~like I had planned , but am healed now and will pick up ST where I left off! { I ALREADY am lifting weights of CLOTHES~if you read my blog before this one ~8.18.18~you'll know what happened!~Crazy!} So, I say now ~Remember this is the LAST WEEK of the Summer Challenge~ emoticon emoticon and this icon will be on your page ~ emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Now,go get 'em and MOVE!
P.S.~Having a Fitbit or~what we got ~ a Garmin watch~ {as my DH got for both of us for our anniversary this year BEFORE the Challenge} REALLY INSPIRED me to take THOSE STEPS ~and quite a few times I hit 12,000 and once~ my high for this challenge~14,000~ and this was my FIRST TIME TRACKING STEPS on my Fitness page!
