New Goals & Update from Last Week

Here are my updates from last week:

Started Sunday Aug 12th thru Sat Aug 18th

Stay in cal range 5 of 7 days, - 6 out of 7 days!! emoticon
Exercise 10 min a day all 7 days- emoticontotal 306 mins, avg 43/day
Log in all 7 days, - emoticon
Lose 1 pound. – emoticon did NOT lose 1 pound. I know these things are somewhat out of my control, esp since I am still dealing with IBS issues. But I am going to try to add some extra exercise sessions & more water this coming week to see if I can get to a new low # on the scale by the end of the month.

New Goals
Week of Sunday Aug 19th thru Sat Aug 25th

emoticon Stay in cal range 6 of 7 days- Saturday was probably over, tho bfast & lunch were good, we went to Golden Corral for dinner & I didnt even try to record what I ate.

emoticon Exercise at least 20 min 7 days-

Specific Exercises (for week):
emoticon Walk total of 5 treadmill miles- Total - 6 miles!!
Did 1.25 miles on Sunday!! Monday - .75 miles, Tues - 1 mile, Wed - 1.25 miles, Thurs - 1 mile , Fri (none, lots of driving, shopping, and visiting/Homeschool Park day), Sat - .75

emoticon Do 2 Leslie WAP videos (at least 20 min each) - Sunday did 20 min!! Thurs - did 2 miles with band work

emoticon Do 3 yoga videos - Mon (2, 20 min videos), Wed (20 min tougher video), Sat (15 min easy)

emoticon Do 2 resistance band sessions - Tue- on my own, Thurs- with Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds

emoticon Do 1 pilates session - Tuesday (Jessica Smith Beach Body Pilates)

emoticon Lose 1 pound. – Only 1 day this week was my weight at my goal number. Im pretty sure the most likely reason is lack of quality sleep. The last 2 night have been better, but I know it will take time & I am going to keep working on doing the things I need to do to get better rest - mostly sleeping on the couch so Im not bothered by hubby's snoring emoticon emoticon I still have 6 days to meet my huge (for me) monthly goal of losing 4 pounds in a month!! Im going to press on hard this coming week!!
