Getting on Track!

Okay, so I signed up with SP last week and totally had it in my mind to start strong.....for some reason, it just didn't work out that way. Maybe because of the holiday and all the yummy cookouts, I ended up gaining a lb, not the perfect way to start off! I know!
But I have to admit, yesterday and today have been AWESOME, I went over my calories for the day yesterday, but I really stuck to eating healthy and not pigging out at every meal. Today I am going to be struggling to reach my daily caloric intake.
I have been doing awesome at cutting out soft drinks and juices, I have had half of a Sprite and a bottle of orange juice in the past week and have been meeting my 8 glasses of water goal.
Although I am only down a half a pound (not bad considering what a terrible start to the week I had), I think I am taking a step in the right direction. No candy, no ice cream, no sodas, I am proud of myself!!
