Thus far, since returning to exercise 02.17.2018, I've lost 12 pounds (I think). But now, I think I'm getting rid of emotional & mental weight too.

I'm a very private person, online and in real life, so I don't say much here. But suffice it to say that I deal with a lot on a daily basis and it's tough going it alone most of the time. I'm currently cleaning out my closet - human dead weight including relatives and (people I considered) friends, partners from past relationships, re-organizing my home & some of my office, etc. I do it all with little or no help.

I don't know if this extra stuff is part of the weight loss process because until I joined here in 2014, I'd never been overweight before. But I'm dealing with it all now, and I hope to get rid of everything along with my physical weight by my birthday next year.
