Last Day Of 5% Summer Challenge~Lost ANOTHER lb.! ~MOVEMENT DOES COUNT!

emoticon I wanted to emoticon so I could LOSE the Weight emoticon and what an emoticon 5% Summer Challenge emoticonit was {for me} and I hope you,too!
emoticon to all those who tried to LOSE weight ~We are ALL WINNERS even for trying!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
I am going for the Interim to lose the Final -6.8 to reach my GOAL WEIGHT.
Here are my stats for the 5% Summer Challenge :
Start Wt.:200.6
Final Wt.: 189.8
TOTAL LOSS: -10.8 lbs.
BMI {BODY MASS INDEX}: Went from 27.6 to 25.7~ Only .8 of a point from HEALTHY WT!
Key Factors for me this challenge:
Water intake :8 a day;
MOVEMENT of any kind ~counts~at least 3 days a week~a mile run ;
Other days :LOTS of housework~I had to adjust as I couldn't do ST{Strength Training} very much this challenge ~I had injured my left side near my ribs from lifting concrete handmade "steps" for my garden{16 lbs. per and I had 20!}.

Watching my calories LIKE A HAWK! emoticon I dealt with THREE birthday parties, my DH's birthday,gourmet brownies sent in the mail and ,of course, the annual July 4th potluck this summer.
Changing from BREAD to FRUIT for Breakfast and Snacks ~I did finally have some bread at the END of the last week of the Challenge ~and ice cream,too {but in 1/2 cup bowls~no more than that!}.
Being on SP almost every day ~it really DOES HELP to see and READ what everyone is doing! emoticon emoticon emoticon
You CAN DO it IF you set YOUR MIND to it! emoticon emoticon
