Sept Week 1 goals

emoticon Stay in cal range 6 of 7 days- even thru bday party, I stayed in calorie range for Sat & met my goal!! emoticon

emoticon Exercise at least 20 min 7 days- Only did 15 min on Sat, so didnt meet this goal by 5 minutes! emoticon

Specific Exercises (for week)-

emoticon Walk total of 5.5 treadmill miles- missed by .75 miles, house cleaning prevailed over the last bit of walking on Sat.
Mon - 1.25 miles
Tues - .5 miles
Wed - 1 mile
Thurs - 1.25 miles
Fri - .75 miles

Wed - 15 min
Fri - 15 min

emoticon Do 3 yoga videos
Sunday - SB - IBS & neck videos, 20 min total
Wed - SB - new morning (yellow shirt, didnt like it as much as others) & IBS
Thu - SB - flexibility (from last week) and 20 min/new IBS (that didnt focus on IBS like shorter one does)
Sat - SB new 30 min morning, was pretty tough on my shoulders with lots of down dog. Only made it half way thru.
I am really surprised at how much Im enjoying yoga!!

Tue - Done (probably shouldnt have done these back to back! Seemed like it had been more than one day between. Also, Im trying to get strong enough to pull back a bow for hunting season! Just got caught up in the moment)

Thurs - did on own while watching TV, 15 mins

emoticon Lose 1 pound. – (Ultimate, get to 121 by end of Sept) No weight loss this week. Scale has actually gone up to 124 emoticon I am choosing to believe it is some muscle addition. Im also just going to stick to my plan and trust/hope that more weight will come off in the next few weeks!!

Its going to be a busy week, but I will do as much as I can! Still on a "high" from last week, getting to 122.6, the lowest Ive been in a long time!!
