Coming close to my goal.

I have managed to enjoy a fabulous vacation and yet it has to come to an end. I am home and excited that I am 160lbs and am fitting in small tops, dresses, and have even got into my daughter’s size 7 jeans! Now I am just 1 pound from initial goal, and 5 pounds from ultimate goal of 155. I am told from my trainer to adjust my eating in adding beans and lentils (2 tbs) a day per week till I adjust. I am a little nervous, I must admit, because I don’t want to experience cravings because of carbs. I do however want to have wedding cake when my daughter gets married on October 6. Apparently, it could be dangerous to eat a large amount of carbs in one day without adjusting slowly. That includes potatoes, appetizers, and alcohol. I don’t intend to binge in any way, but I do want to “take part” in the celebration. Following the wedding I will be returning to moderate low/carb keto since I feel so good on it. Then the hard part begins: maintaining. #keto
