Legs are STILL sore. Starting out working out is HARD. But I got an upper body workout today, and I'm hoping my legs will be strong enough tomorrow to let me get through either Pilates or yoga, because I want to do some stretching and work out my core, I guess we'll see.
I'm walking every day during my lunch hour no matter what (We'll see what happens this winter though). Loving that. I call my little sister and chat while I walk. So calming.
My new fitness tracker is so great to have. I love getting an accurate count of my steps!
Moving forward slowly.
