Sun - .5 miles at hunting club (estimated, but Im still claiming it :)
Mon - .75 miles on treadmill
Tues - .75 miles on treadmill
Thu - 1.25 miles on treadmill
Do 2 Leslie WAP videos
Wed - 15 min- new to me, pretty fast paced, felt good!
Do 3 yoga videos
Wed - SB - new green shirt, morning. Was good, not alot of down dog, so easy on shoulders, which is good for me at times.
Thurs - SB - flexibility/white shirt.
Do 2 resistance band sessions
Do 1 pilates session
Sun - Denise Austin 15 min for abs - really liked this & felt it working. Plan to do again!
Log in all 7 days, - forgot to log in on Wed because I was busy getting ready for daughters wedding dress fitting
But I did workout before out 2.5 hour car trip & ate pretty well all day.
Weight - Get to 121 by end of Sept -
Note - No real change from the last few week's goals. But hubby is on vacation this week & next, so it will be a real challenge to hit these goals, especially the weight loss!! But I WILL keep trying!! And I plan to switch it up a bit in Oct when the 5% challenge starts.
Note II - Thurs- logging in has been SO HARD this week!! There just doesnt seem to be time! I am still trying to get the main things done, but not time to sit at computer & "prove" it! Oh well. Its just 2 weeks!!
