Week One done

One week is done.
To be honest I didn't weigh myself when I started last week and I really don't think I will this week either. Historically I got caught up in the numbers...right now I am just aiming for healthy decisions.
A big shout out to my husband who is doing everything along side with me. even though he does not have the weight problem I do.

    SP really works....stick with it and you will get where you want with enough time. We want to remember it took us many years to put it on, it wont come off in a few weeks.
