One of the assignments to prepare for the start of the challenge on 10/6 is to write 10 reasons why I wanted to lose weight, and here they are emoticon

1. Eliminate thigh rub
2. To look good and feel accomplished at the family wedding in December
3. To have a stomach that I can’t pick up
4. To break away from the pull compulsive or emotional eating has on me
5. To be more limber and able to better do functional fitness things like get up from the floor, bend over and tie shoes, etc…
6. To be an example to my son
7. Achieve toned arms
8. To make healthy, fit living my new, happy normal
9. To feel comfortable in something that isn’t loose and dumpy
10. To finally stop wasting time and energy pursuing weight loss! Can I just get there already?!
