2018 Fall 5% Challenge Community

I'm joining the 2018 Fall 5% Challenge Community. It runs 8 weeks, starting in October. So 5% for me will be, more or less, about 12.5 pounds. I'm older and my weight hasn't come off easy in the past so I'll do my best. The motto is "Strive for progress, not perfection." That sounds great to me!
For exercise, Cardio 3 days a week for a minimum of 10 minutes up to 30 minutes, Strength train 3 days a week for a minimum of 10 minutes up to 30 minutes, and one day rest.
For my "diet", I follow my own food plan. Nothing forbidden, just sensible portions. I don't feel deprived, and I track my food.
There are fun challenges, and I love the community. Join us for a good time while losing weight!
