Day one - 26th of September

Today started out great, we have a lot of grapes this season so I ate a bunch of grapes for breakfast and lunch. Then at dinner, I had some mixed vegetables with a curry tomato sauce. I still felt a little hungry after that, and my husband had rice with peanut sauce, so I ate some of his leftovers... I felt some guilt after that and shortly afterwards felt a little sick - I don't tolerate peanuts very well, but am highly addicted to them :(
But this is another lesson learned!
I ran an hour on the treadmill and had a walk with my husband in the evening. It was a very beautiful evening, the sky was so gorgeous!
