Day two - Feeling the consequences

I woke up with a lot of mucus this morning. I had a bad reaction from the rice and peanuts I ate yesterday. I guess that's what I deserve after not listening to my body and indulging into foods that are really not good for me!
After a nice run on the treadmill, I felt a lot better and my throat cleared up.
The number on the scale surprised me, I am losing water weight quickly!
I ate much better today!
For breakfast, I had grapes from our neighbor's garden. They were delicious!
Lunch was veggies in tomato sauce,
And dinner was mashed potatoes and spinach.
